  • Publishers or entities claiming ownership must provide verifiable proof of ownership through their official email address.

11.3 Use of External News & Image Sources

  • Haqiq is a publishing platform that allows independent writers and contributors to share news content. While all contributors go through a verification process, Haqiq does not hold or provide any copyright licenses for submitted content. Writers are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal rights to publish text, images, and other media.
  • Haqiq does not hold copyright or license ownership for any content submitted by its users. All intellectual property rights remain with the original creator. Haqiq serves only as a distribution platform.
  • Writers may use content from non-copyrighted or fair-use RSS feeds with proper attribution.
  • Haqiq does not provide or hold licenses for all news images used and is not liable for third-party copyright disputes.
  • If unlicensed images are used unknowingly, Haqiq is not responsible, especially if the images are public domain, fair use, or common license.
  • Writers are encouraged to use copyright-free sources like Unsplash, Pexels, or Chipmunks.ai image generation tools.
  • Always attribute the original creator when using royalty-free or third-party images.

11.4 Protection of Writers’ Rights

  • Haqiq protects writers’ work from unauthorized use or modification.
  • Content will not be licensed, altered, or resold without explicit consent from the writer.

11.5 Content Integrity & Responsibility

  • Writers must ensure that their content is factual, original, and does not violate copyrights or laws.
  • Haqiq reserves the right to remove content that violates journalistic or legal standards.

12. Payment Terms & Compensation

12.1 Country-Based Compensation Structure

  • Haqiq reserves the right to update or modify per-country view rates at any time without prior notice. Any changes may apply immediately and may or may not be communicated via email.
  • Haqiq offers different payout rates per country, depending on where an article is published or targeted.
  • Writers are compensated based on the rate of the country associated with each article.
  • While rates may vary by country, payouts are combined into a single monthly payment.
  • Writers can view their earnings per article in their dashboard, including country-wise breakdowns, but total payouts are consolidated.

12.2 Payment Schedule & Processing

  • Payouts are calculated monthly. For example, all eligible earnings from June will be processed in the July payout cycle.
  • Writers have two options for receiving payments:
    • Automatic Payout: Automatically processed after monthly reconciliation.
    • Manual Payment Request: If not enrolled in auto-pay, writers must submit a manual request before the 7th of each month at 11:00 PM EDT.

12.2.1 Payment Errors & Verification

  • Haqiq is not liable for any payment errors caused by incorrect account details, banned accounts, or contributor misconduct.
  • Writers are solely responsible for ensuring their payment details are accurate and up to date before the payout is processed.
  • If an account update or correction is required, it must be submitted and verified before the payout status changes to "Processing". Once the payment is marked as "Processed" or "Delivered", Haqiq holds no responsibility for incorrect or failed transactions.
  • To change your payment account, contact payment@haqiq.co. All changes are subject to verification and hold periods.

12.2.2 Payment Failures & Recovery

  • In the event of a payment failure from Haqiq’s side due to technical or banking issues, we will recover and complete the payment within 14 to 28 business days from the date of failure.

12.2.3 System Errors & Adjustments

  • If a system error results in overpayment or underpayment (due to miscalculation, duplicated transactions, etc.), Haqiq reserves the right to correct it, even after the payout has been released.
  • If overpaid, the excess amount will be deducted from your future payouts. If no future payouts are available or your account is closed, you agree to return the excess amount directly via bank transfer.
  • If underpaid, the remaining balance will be added to your next eligible payout or processed separately within the payout window.

12.3 Disputes & Payment Queries

  • Writers may raise disputes or queries related to payments within 9 days of the payout release.
  • Disputes submitted after this window may not be accepted or resolved for that payout cycle.

12.4 Default Payment Method & Account Changes

  • Writers must select one default payment method:
    • Wise
    • PayPal
  • The payment account must be in the same name as the writer’s verified identity.
  • To change payment account details:
    • Contact payment@haqiq.co
    • Haqiq will request verification (e.g., identity proof) before making changes.
    • Upon initiating a change:
      • The writer’s account will go on a 3-day hold.
      • Verification and update will take 3 to 5 working days.
      • If the change is requested before the payout status is “Processing”, it will be applied to the current cycle.
      • If the payout is already Processing or marked “Released”, the new payment account will apply to the next cycle only.

12.5 Earnings Visibility

  • Writers will be able to view detailed earnings per article via the Haqiq dashboard.
  • Each article will show:
    • Country-based rate
    • Views generated
    • Earnings earned
  • However, final payout for the month will be sent as a single combined amount.

12.6 Fraud Prevention & Compliance

  • Any attempt to artificially inflate views using bots, click farms, or unethical practices is strictly prohibited.
  • Such activity will result in account suspension and loss of payments.

12.7 Tax & Legal Obligations

  • Writers are personally responsible for handling taxes on their earnings in accordance with local laws.
  • Haqiq may request relevant tax forms or identification for compliance.

12.8 Payment Methods & Fees

  • Payments will be processed via Wise or PayPal.
  • Haqiq is not responsible for transaction or conversion fees imposed by payment providers.
  • Writers should ensure their account details are accurate to avoid payment delays.

  • All content must follow the legal frameworks of the country where it is published or targeted.
  • Writers must not defame or criticize any government, royal family, or institution in any region.
